I remember how intimidated I was during my first few weeks of seminary. I had come to school with a woeful lack of biblical knowledge. I was stunned into silence by the way some of my peers could quote scripture in defense of their arguments.

Finally, I confessed my inferiority to a friendly professor. He calmly pulled out a Bible and began to read,
